Compehensive Home Inspections

Call Any Time for an Appointment: (734) 749-4266

We try hard to make our home inspections second to none.

Our inspections are exhaustive, averaging about 3 hours, and focus on both the major issues as well as smaller maintenance items.  You are encouraged to be present at the property at the time of the inspection to see first hand any potential issues and to ask any questions that you may have.

Included in every inspection is a detailed, full color report, full of pictures of all defects and maintenance issues uncovered.  This report is available through our sign in portal, usually on the same day as the inspection!
