What is Homegauge?

At Optimus Home Inspection, customer understanding is important. This is why we use Homegauge, an online inspection reporting software which makes our report accessible to our customers from anywhere they have a computer with internet access. This report is very detailed including images and in some inspances video that are clearly marked to indicate points of interest.

The Homegauge report is available to our customers for up to five years after the date of the inspection and can be referred to at any time he/she may want. If there is any confusion with something listed in the report we are more then happy to work with the customer in identifying the problem and helping them to understand what exactly is being noted and how it affects the home/building.
